





Exclusive Collections Galleries (ECG) is a prestigious art gallery with multiple locations that curates, promotes and sells a diverse range of artwork. ECG self-publishes a quarterly magazine for its clients called Off The Easel.
Creative Brief:
During my little over two years with the company, I was involved in nine issues of Off The Easel magazine. I aimed to transform my originally published Off The Easel articles into standalone editorial spreads that highlight my complementary expertise in copywriting and graphic design.
Process:
For each article, my process always began by conducting research and interviews, crafting a detailed outline, and then writing engaging content. After a review and editing period, I then provided finalized copy to an external graphic designer on our editorial team. Since my team role did not involve the magazine’s layout design, I later reimagined my articles through a fresh, self-designed format. This conceptual redesign project allowed me to merge my writing with my own layout and design skills, creating a unified and visually captivating narrative.
