Hello! Guten Tag! Ciao! Buenos días!

My name is Rachel. Ich heiße Rachel.
Born in California with ties to Vienna, I am a marketer and designer with 12+ years of experience and a passion for crafting sophisticated, intentional brand experiences. With expertise in digital brand design, art direction, and strategic storytelling, I bring concepts to life through engaging, multi-platform campaigns that push creative boundaries and drive audience connection.
Throughout my career, I’ve led the creative direction of high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate brand strategies into compelling visuals. From concept development to execution, I thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple projects while ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with business goals. My work spans industries including AEC, art, wine/viticulture, lifestyle, tech, wellness, hospitality, and luxury—each requiring a unique, deeply researched approach to brand storytelling.
Beyond design, I’m passionate about emerging technologies like AI and AR/VR, as well as sustainable and luxury travel, arts and culture, and work-life trends. My curiosity fuels my creativity, allowing me to craft experiences that are not only visually striking but also forward-thinking and culturally relevant.

Some of my key strengths:
- A strategic design thinker adept at guiding creative direction from big-picture concept development to detailed technical execution.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Forward-thinking, organized, proactive, and an effective communicator.
- Excels at driving initiatives and campaigns forward both autonomously and in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

A wide variety of interests:
- Design, arts, and culture – From my first art class to working at a fine art gallery and then nearly a decade in architecture and design, creativity has shaped my path. I’m constantly inspired by other artists, from painters and illustrators to filmmakers and storyboard artists.
- AI, AR/VR, drones, and emerging technologies – Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area with family in tech, I’ve been surrounded by innovation my entire life. I’m captivated by the future and the visionaries shaping it. I stay on top of industry trends, actively integrating AI into my workflow, exploring how AR/VR can transform how we live and engage with brands, and following innovative startups. On clear days, I like to take my drone out to capture aerial perspectives (like the one you saw on my homepage). I enjoy the art that can be created with these exceptional tools, yet firmly believe that they will never truly replace the value of human-to-human connection.
- Helping others through health, education, and work-life research – Since a young age, I’ve always valued giving back. At Multistudio, I engaged with educational institutions, and professional, nonprofit, and community organizations to learn about shared challenges and global solutions being implemented. I stay curious about trends shaping well-being, learning, and the future of work, always seeking ways to make a positive impact in our day-to-day lives and in those of future generations.
- Global and multicultural perspectives – Whether it is a weekend camping trip or a journey across continents, I’ve always been passionate about travel. Experiencing new cultures, perspectives, landscapes, and cuisines fuels my creativity and deepens my appreciation for thoughtful, immersive experiences.

She was someone I knew I could rely on to help conceptualize and deliver excellent work under often-tight time constraints.”
